StockAiVerse collects only the information necessary to provide the service — your name, email address, and optionally a Google account identifier. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data we collect: account credentials (email / hashed password), usage analytics (page views, feature interactions), and any portfolio or watchlist data you voluntarily enter.

Data we store: all data is stored on secure, encrypted servers (PostgreSQL + Redis). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

We use cookies strictly for session management (NextAuth.js JWT session cookie). No third-party advertising cookies are used.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@stockaiverse.com.

By using StockAiVerse, you agree to the following terms:

1. StockAiVerse is a Beta Release product provided "as is". Features may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable without notice.

2. The platform is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

3. You are responsible for your own investment decisions. StockAiVerse and its operators accept no liability for trading losses.

4. You must not misuse the platform — including attempting to reverse-engineer the AI engines, scrape data at scale, or circumvent access controls.

5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Paid plans are sold as one-time purchases for a fixed period (monthly or annual). There is NO automatic renewal — your access lapses to FREE tier on the expiry date unless you manually repurchase. Your card is charged exactly once per purchase and is never stored on our servers.

7. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, your use of the StockAiVerse platform, or any transaction made on it, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

StockAiVerse paid plans are one-time purchases — no subscriptions, no auto-renewal. This refund policy governs requests for those purchases.

Eligibility: • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have used the paid features for less than 3 days cumulatively since the purchase. • After 7 days OR after 3 days of cumulative use, refunds are not available — the purchase is treated as consumed. • Refunds are not available for partial use (e.g. "I used it for 2 weeks out of 1 month"), technical issues that were resolved, or dissatisfaction with AI signal accuracy (the platform makes no performance guarantees — see Disclaimer).

How to request: • Email support@stockaiverse.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Refund request — <plan> <purchase date>". • Include your Razorpay payment ID (visible on your Payment History page). • We aim to process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund lands back on the original payment method (card / UPI / netbanking) — Razorpay's standard 5-7 business-day settlement window applies.

Exceptions: • Fraudulent / disputed chargebacks may be contested per Razorpay's merchant policy. • Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Use are not eligible for refunds.
